The Walla Walla area has a thriving art community, with a number of unique galleries and studios. One of the world's largest art foundries is also located right here in Walla Walla. ArtWalla

Originally founded at the Blue Mountain Arts alliance, ArtWalla is a non-profit business that acquires works of art, provides art education to the community, and support for the Wall Walla arts community. ArtWalla focuses on multiple art genres, including painting, dance, and theater. They host First Friday Art Tours, a series of events held on the first Friday of each month from April through October. Various artists and galleries participate in the events, allowing the public to view a variety of artwork. ArtWalla also hosts the annual ArtSquared show and sale, where participating artists sell 6x6 paintings for $36 a piece. 

Walla Walla Foundry

Walla Walla Foundry was originally established in 1980 to facilitate the creation of bronze sculptures. Today, it's one of the world's largest art foundries. The foundry has dozens of employees dedicated to helping artists create their artistic visions. Facilities include a large bronze foundry, massive 3-D printers, and a variety of workshops. The foundry is not typically open to the general public; however, tours and educational courses are occasionally offered. In addition, exhibitions are regularly held at Foundry Vineyards, which is run by the Walla Walla Foundry's owners.

Combine Art Collective

Combine Art Collective is a traditional art gallery where you can view and purchase the works of local and regional artists and craftsmen. Currently, fifteen artists are featured, including Dianna Woolley, Patty Gardner, Lauri Borer, and Matthew Pierce. Combine Art Collective also hosts guest artists and a number of special events throughout the year. The specific art works displayed at the gallery change regularly (typically, on a monthly basis). Expect to see a variety of media, including paintings, sculptures, jewelry, and mixed media.

Broel Studio

Broel Studio houses the artwork of Squire Broel, one of Walla Walla's best-known artists. Broel produces a variety of unique paintings and sculptures, many of which can be purchased directly from his website. You can view his works in the studio by appointment only. Broel also participates in some events held by ArtWalla.
